I purchased this 9500DFc generator for my home as an insurance of power loss during a Florida storm. Had an electrician install connection to my house to provide total power if needed. Very pleased with product and ease of mind that it provides my family - thanks.

Love the DF feature

I bought this several weeks ago to replace my current generator. After researching and reading up I decided to go with this Westinghouse WGen9500DF. I liked the fact that it had a dual fuel feature. Gas or propane. Since I already have a large propane tank for my hot tub I had another line run for me to hook up the generator. Having gone through the hurricane last year we were without power for several hours. Many of my neighbors were without for several days. At least with this Westinghouse9500 I will be able to keep the important things up and running. Especially the well and the sump pumps. refrigerators and such. I also liked the fact the unit has a remote start feature. No need to pull the cord to start it up. I liked the info that came with it as well. And putting it together (wheels & foot pads)
were no problem. It included the wrench to put them on. I feel I bought a quality generator that will work well for me and my home when the time comes.

Home upgrade, easy to use, versatile

Set up was easy, tested on whole house switch, great results. Dual fuel switches with a simple step with easy access to switches and controls.

Easy to use and portable!

The wheels work great and was able to be moved outside during the rain easily, it wasn’t too heavy which is a plus. Has a remote start as well which is so convenient !

Purchased a 7500e in 2017 and had great service and sold it to a family member. Purchased a WGen9500DF for the dual fuel options and the many upgrades.One great generator !

This unit was easy to assemble and started quickly. It has all the power we require to handle our 50 AMP Jayco RV with a washer/dryer

Initial unpacking and inspection looks great !

Just bought this today in preparation for another possible power outage, so don't expect to use it too often, but the initial inspection and packaging was great. Everything was packed securely, and the quality of the item and the protective framework were amazing. Will finish up tomorrow, fire it up and do a break-in run so that it will be ready for service when needed. A lot of power available at a reasonable cost to protect our home when power goes out, saving refrigerated items along with keeping ourselves cool / warm and the lights on.
