Shipping: well packaged; no damage
Unpacking/Assembly: No missing parts; assembly was simple, but the generator is heavy, so you should have 2 people to remove from packaging an putting on the wheels/stands; no issues adding oil; also plugged in the battery tinder to make sure we topped off
High Altitude Kits: I had to wait to receive the generator to get the serial number to be sure of the correct high altitude kits to purchase; then I had to call customer support to find out where to order the parts. They were helpful and directed me to the URL to purchase the parts. I would have preferred the information was more easily found.
First Start Up: I will be hooking this up to the house propane, but until I have the T installed, I simply hooked it up to a 20g BBQ tank I had. Instructions for start up were easy to follow. The generator started up easily with the electric start button. Couldn't be happier about the electric start. Pairing the Key Fob was also straight forward.

Very well equipped

I ordered a whole House generator in April and it hasn't arrived yet. Going into winter, I decided to get a portable for emergencies. With all the power on this unit, I wish I hadn't bought the whole house unit. This will handle all of my needs at a fraction of the price.

Living in Florida in Hurricane alley we often lose power .This generator solved all our problems and kept everything we needed power in the operating perfectly. It is a great investment and a great generator

I purchased this for power outages. It is one of the very few that has both a 30A and 50A 240 outlets.

Very user friendly and well placed components, have only had this generate a week or so and have had no issues with it. Assembly instructions were right on and has had no problems in any of the operations I have completed with it, and starts with ease every time its used !!
