Dual Fuel is an Advantage - Damaged Product

I am happy with the product, I looked at my reviews before purchasing. The redundancy of dual fuel is nice especially in the event of an emergency. It is a heavy well built product. I plan on hooking it up to a home transfer switch for use during power outages to keep larger appliances and boiler system operational. The only issue is that the frame came damaged, as if a large object was dropped on it. There was no indication of this until it was opened which leads me to think it was done prior to boxing it up.

I bought this generator to use as a full house backup power solution. I did a LOT of research on portable generators and nothing compared to this one when it came to features for the price combined with positive reviews. This generator had everything I was looking for including 12000 peak watts, around 10,000 running watts, dual fuel capability and a pushbutton start. It even came with one feature I wasn't looking for - the remote start capability. That's a nice to have feature that wasn't a requirement, but will certainly be nice to have. I also liked that it came with everything needed right out of the box, including oil with a funnel and a propane hose.

More Than I Expected!

I had read other reviews of this product before deciding to buy. I know that in the event of a power outage I will have more than enough power to keep comfortable.
The only downside I can see, or should I say hear, is the amount of noise produced. It was advertised as being approximately as loud as a dishwasher. In reality it is closer to that of a gas powered pressure washer.
I think this would probably annoy my neighbors at night but oh well, the loud all night parties they have in the summer months annoy me so it balances out. LOL!

This is a backup electric supply. Plenty of power for all necessities in case a storm knocks out our service. Hope I don't need the generator but I'm ready if it happens. Tried it out and runs super.
