Showed up in Great shape. Put together easy. Haven't used it yet. Having an electrician come to the house for a test run on the disconnect just in case something is an issue.

Great Generator

I purchased this generator after we went 6 days without power after a storm. I compared various makes and decided on the Westinghouse WGEN9500DF. I could not be happier. Purchase was easy, directions and setup were a breeze. The generator starts right up and powers everything I need in my home. It is also portable so I can haul it anywhere on my rural property that I need to, to be able to have electric for power tools, lights etc. I recommend this generator to everyone I can.

This generator was really easy to set up. I hooked it up to LP gas and it started right up. Very pleased! Only negative is that its super heavy. Wheels help alot.

Dual Fuel is Great

The features on this generator are awesome. The fact that you can use propane or gasoline comes pretty handy, especially, when one or the other is not available at the moment. Furthermore, the remote start is probably one of my favorite features. I love this generator

Received generator ahead of scheduled delivery date. Inspected unit packaging for damage. Found small indentation on outside of main shipping box, no unit damage. Unpacked accessories box and found propane adapter collar broken in bag; no other accessories were damaged. Followed included instruction and proceeded to test unit running on propane using an adapter on hand. started unit using push button start, unit started on first press. Ran unit without load for 1 hour. Stopped unit using key fob, worked as expected. I will test all outlets and features in coming weeks. Unit will be connected via a Generlink meter adapter to provide power transfer from unit to house. so far so good, as they say. Contacted WWE support for replacement propane adapter, they responded in a timely manner and will ship replacement part.
