Well designed product and excellent manual

9500DFc arrived on time in perfect condition. Looks well made and finished all round.
Be sure to read the detailed manual. I have had 6 generators over the years from 1700W to 16kw and must say this one has the most comprehensive and informative manual. Also some features like remote starter set up are not intuitive but well explained in the manual. Lots of good advice to keep your geni long lasting. I'm excited to use it and will update on the experience.

Simple to understand instructions

I bought it about 1 weeks ago & was able to install the electrical from generator to the electrical panel without any complications.

After researching found this model met our needs to keep the house up and running during power failures.

Powerful Generator w/ Easy Start Up

I've only used it once for about an hour and a half, but so far, I am very impressed. It started up immediately and with ease via the push of a button. It handles the load from everything in my house without bogging. I used it in the gasoline mode. I have yet to use it on the propane setting. Based on our rough calculation, it seems to use around 1 gallon/hr of gas. It has a 6.6 gal tank. Your average gas can is 5 gallon, so I anticipate needing to refill it every 5 hours or so in an extended usage situation. I love the wheel and handle system. It makes this very heavy piece of equipment move with ease.

I love that this generator is duel fuel. Also love that it had a remote start, that way my wife will be able to start it easily in the case of an emergency.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
