I bought this a few days ago and already had the pleasure of using it due to power outage that happens all the time in my neighborhood. I was tired of being without power along with only 5 other houses in my very large neighborhood. The generator works great

Just purchased a WGen9500DF generator

I really liked the traditional user manual. Product was as it was advertised, well packaged and protected from shipping damage. Deliver on time. I think this was a good purchase, appears solid and well built. One minor issue, when bolting on a rubber foot, the welded bolt did not match the hole so the bolt would not screw into the bolt.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very happy with my new Westinghouse generator, I replaced an old honda I had inherited and this is the first generator I have purchased myself and own. It's latest technology is absolutely amazing and reliable so far I am very pleased.

Bought this in hopes the electric start would be easy for my grandmother to operate. But it does not like to start. Brand new out of the box took several hours to get it start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
