Easy setup and operation

Just received my WGen 9500DF. Unpacking and setup was simple. Even included necessary tools for those that don’t have them. Everything was labeled and easy to understand. Starting the unit is extremely simple. Two hours into the warmup period and all is working as expected. The only reason for the 4 stars is mine is missing the fuel screen filter. I’m sure that will be sent out very quickly. Great project. Obvious attention to detail.

Great Generator

I purchased the 9500/12500DFc Generator about 10 days ago. It was simple to set up and works amazingly! Haven't put a full load through it yet. Electrician is coming in a couple of days to install transfer switch and base on the power, it should run most of my household items including A/C. Looking forward to seeing all it can do. I feel prepared for any emergency situation now...peace of mind!

OUTSTANDING GENERATOR

I searched the net a lot and bought this model a month ago - so happy with it. The features included are found in other brands at twice the price. I like the ability to remote start, the trickle charger, all the needed tools and oil included in the box for setup, and that all the receptacles have rubber covers. Easy to set up and move around even if it does weigh over 200 lbs. I could see this generator being shipped to a disaster site and being up and running fast. Great product.

We purchased for backup power during our many power outages. Once we got passed the delayed delivery and the damaged shipping carton. Then only to find out that the exhaust heat shroud had a dent in it! I inspected and everything else looked ok. Set up went quick but it could have used a little more oil shipped with it. Didn't want to run on fuel just yet for the first time so I hooked it to propane. Used the key fob and the gen started first try no problems. Power output is as designed, powers everything we purchased it for. No issues fingers crossed. Thanks!

I’ve only started it once to make sure it was working. The unit feels solid, well built and is pretty quiet. Super easy setup considering the piece of mind it provides.

I have not had time to light this baby off yet but so far it is quite impressive. I am 64 and disabled and had no problems putting it together and maneuvering it around. The instructions were easy to read (no changlish) and it even comes with tools.
