Great whole house Generator

I bought this during a bad winter storm. We had just lost power for the second time during this storm. And was worried we may not see power for 3-4 days. I already had an existing 50 amp circuit on the outside of the house, so we utilized that with this generator. Although I currently have issues, customer service has been a rockstar in helping me get through the diagnosis. They are even sending me the parts to fix it, since I’m afraid to send it to the local repair facility during all these storms we are having. This unit has a Three year warranty which is very nice to have since some other generators only have a 1 yr warranty. Best part about his generator is, being able to start it and shut it off from the luxury of my own bed via remote control.
Only downside is a 20lb propane tank will only run 3-4 hours because of the cold temperatures we are having. (Propane tank freezes) Recommend at least a 120 gallon pup tank in winter time.
A Full gas tank gets me about 10 - 11 hrs of average run time, in my situation.

Easy to start generator

I liked that there was very little assembly. Directions on how to use the generator was easy to understand. Generator started up and ran great. The only thing I disliked was the generator is very heavy until wheels were put on. I would recommend this generator to my family and friends.

I bought this to power on my 220v heater for my garage. as I do not have 220v in the garage. IT DIDNT START RIGHT AWAY BUT ITS GETTING EASIER TO START

So far it is working well with Propane. Gasoline didn't work when first tried. It appears the carburetor float needs adjusting.

Dependable peace of mind

I got this generator as a precaution and peace of mind during the hurricane season in Florida. This machine is easy to assemble and sturdy, and when it comes to operation, having the flexibility of using gasoline or LPG is an added relief during bad storms that take out gas stations and hinder fuel delivery.

This has beena great generator, had it couple years now and no problems at all, powers whole house, wel pump, water heater, even ran the dryer, though not recomended long term. push start and remote work as should, just ran it 34 hours straight and had no issues. would recommend.
