Won't start

Starts when using propane, will not start when using gas.

Great Options for different uses

I ordered the Gen9500DF because of the features it offers. I plan on using it for backup power for my home during power outages. I will use it with a transfer switch to directly power my home. Have not used it yet as I just received it. It came complete just as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this two months ago and have only started it three times but now will not start just turns over until the battery dies , only two months old please stand by your product and please replace generator
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great dual fuel generator could provide 50 Amps

Great if I didn't want to run it on gasoline...

Arrived this morning, looked good, read the manual, and did the easy assembly (wheels and feet). Followed the instructions step by step to prepare the generator for use with gasoline. This thing comes with a battery trickle charger which I thought was odd but went ahead and plugged it in. It wasn't necessary as battery already had a good charge. Hit the start button and the engine just turns over but no sign of start. I then hooked up the propane tank to the generator per instructions and it starts right up. Switch back to gasoline and it dies. After an hour or so of trying to figure out the problem, I decide to call the help number. On hold for a very, very long time and then finally, I'm talking to someone, not a tech who might be able to help me, but an answering service where the very nice guy takes all my information and submits a ticket for me and tells me someone should get back to me within 48 hours. I wish I hadn't bought this brand but it's here so let's see what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
