Love the features

I bought this in May and just unboxed it. Easy to assemble and after remembering to turn on the fuel line, it started right up. Not terribly noisy. Using as backup power for my house as I live in a rural area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DF Generator

Purchased Sept 2022. Setup took less than an hour. Used propane for startup and it started up first try without any issues. Hooked up to our house electrical and it ran the entire house even on the reduced kw with propane.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, I am not able to run the generator. I have to call Westinghouse support team to diagnose the problem. It is disappointing could not make it work as well.

Ease of use/ duel fuel

This generator is so much easier to start by using either the electric start button or remote control. It is also provides so much more flexibility with the ability to use both gas and propane. Although heavy like all generators this size, it is fairly easy to move with the large handle and solid plastic wheels. Would definitely recommend the WGen9500DF for powering the whole house during a power outage having just tested its capabilities by turning off the main breaker and implementing the interlock switch.

Excellent Generator

I bought this about a week ago. It was easy to assemble with instructions that were very easy to understand. The generator starts easy even by hand. the FOB was a great invention!

Backup power piece of mind

I got this for backup power emergency and so far so good. As long as I limit amp draw at any given time and limit acs so both aren’t running at same time it seems to do the job. Good peace of mind for the investment

Will not power on

I bought this generator less than 2 months ago and the light for the start switch does not come on. And nothing comes on. It worked when we first got it. We bought a cover to protect it and now it doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
