Came shipped with no issues. Easy setup and started right up on 1st propane test. Quiet compared to my last generator. Love the key fob, look and feel of this westinghouse wgen9500df. cant wait to test what it will run in the house.

Great generator

I just purchase this generator and so far I am very impressed. It was delivered in perfect condition. Followed the directions and it fired right up. I am going to have an electrician wire it up to my home in a few weeks.

Wouldn’t crank

Brand new and I had to work on it and trying to call didn’t work. Finally chatted with some one and got pointed in the right direction. The fuel solenoid was apparently stuck. They probably should put that in the trouble shooting.

Does everything i need

I have a 1100 square foot ranch full electric house. Did the break in. Hooked it up. Turned everything on. Hardly pulled down at all. Much quieter than my old one. We’ll see how it goes this winter.

ST Smart Switch Ready is Awesome

A little problem with initial start up as throttle control was stuck in shut off position. Once I figured that out it starts and runs like a champ. Quieter than I anticipated. So far a happy customer.

Tested it out today! Powered everything in the house we would need if power goes out. Been thinking about getting one, this was the highest rated for what I would need. Won’t need to use much, but best peace of mind purchase for the money I have ever made in 53 years!
