A little loud but everything else top notch. I won't have to worry about my frozen foods perishing or heating an lights in an emergency.

Great and reliable product!

This is a very good and reliable product. I like the push-to-start and remote turn-on feature. I bought this product so that my house will not lose power in the event of a blackout and it works phenomenally.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great generator

I bought this a few months ago as part of my hurricane kit. I had to use it sooner than expected with the arrival of hurricane Ian. It did the job and was so easy to use. The only reason for the 4 star rating was that the generator backfired a few times and I am not sure if this is normal or not.

Troubles

Bought this 9500 Gen for emergency backup. Started the unit the day it was installed. Put the unit into storage. I just replaced to battery as the original went dead. I still have no juice, The machine seems to have died.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
