We bought this generator as a backup to use in case we lose power. It was very easy to set up. The instructions were easy to follow. The push button and remote start both work well. It works great so far.

Perfect portable power backup

This a a perfect portable power backup in case of power outage. Easy start and also come including a remote start. Dual fuel for convience in case of short supplies.

I am well aware of the longevity of Westinghouse as a company, so yes I am getting old. I purchased this generator for emergency power outages and after extensive review of many competitors feel this generator is a great value considering all the included features. I haven’t even unpacked the generator yet until I receive the high altitude kit, however based on many positive reviews I feel this product will outlast me! I opted for the version without the CO2 sensor as this generator will be far away from any occupied structures but didn’t want to deal with CO2 issues if I use some form of sound dampening thereby shutting down the generator. I have two other generators from other reputable companies one of which I have owned for 12 years and only been able to run for 4 hours! I plan on using propane in this generator as our power outages are usually short lived and infrequent thanks to French Broad Electric, but I hate ethanol blends and only use non-ethanol fuel. I like the dual fuel option.

Excellent Value With Amazing Features

After losing power for 48 hours during Hurricane Ian last week, we decided that having a generator in St. Augustine was a "must have" item!
I researched many brands and retailers for a whole house generator, NOTHING I found came close to the wattage output, features, warranty, dual fueled options and a bonus keyless remote start as the WGEN 9500DF. I ordered on 10/3/22, it arrived 4 days later!
We can now rest easy that when we lose power in the future, we will have an immediate, reliable option to power our essential appliances.

Awesome gen i put it together in 30 mins. I love the remote starter and the trickle charger these are awesome additions. Only issue is the the oil isn't enough i had to buy another bottle.
