Great features and built in engineering.

I bought this 2 weeks ago, received in perfect condition, installed pads and wheels, added oil to the engine, gas to the tank and pushed the start button. It did not start on the first crank but to my surprise it tried 2 more times on its own, starting on the 3rd try.
I believe I made the right decision on this product and I'm very happy thus far. The seller was very quick in shipment.

Crossing fingers for 2nd try

Upon recommendation, we purchased WGen9500DF and ran our fridge and freezer on it. It was running fine for 2 hours and then the engine started to surge up and down with it finally shutting itself off. We called the help line and ultimately came to the conclusion that we needed to take it back and repurchase another one. Just got the 2nd one today. I'm crossing my fingers that the first one was a fluke. The person recommending said that he never had a problem with this model and he is an electrician who has experience with this product and has suggested this model to his customers many times with no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

runs on gas and propane

I picked it up fallowed the instructions hooked it to propane and it fired up the first time. Haven't had a chance to hook it to the house yet, So far I really like it
