I received my WGen9500DF yesterday. It started up right away. Plugged outlets into it and everything ran as expected.

Haven’t given it a big test yet but it seems like it is going to be up to the task of powering house including the well during power outages. The electric remote start is an awesome feature.

Bought in preparation for hurricane season. Didn’t start right up from directions. Had to plug in battery charging port. Attempted using AC outlets and they didn’t work. Called customer service. They said it needed to run for an hour before outlets worked. Two hours later - not working. Attempted calling customer service 5:25pm on Sunday system hung up on me three times. Hopefully customer service is there for everyone when hurricane hits. Will update more as needed.
