Complete package

This generator came with everything needed to operate. Others i looked at did not include a battery. This has a battery, oil, propane regulator, and a funnel for the oil!

Dual Fuel and good power output

Purchased this when a tree fell on a neighbor’s power lines and knocked a pole over that made a transformer explode! Didn’t want to lose all of our food knowing the power could be out for 24 hrs or more, so after doing some research I found the last one of these in stock at a local Menard’s so I went and grabbed it. Initially had an issue with the unit not starting using gas, but I had a propane tank so I hooked that up and is started right away. Westinghouse is sending a replacement piece that should resolve the issue with the unit not running on gas. Overall happy with the product despite the issue - ran a fridge, freezer, multiple fans, microwave, and some other electronics without skipping a beat. Thus far I would recommend the product!

I bought my generator at the beginning on this month. I received my generator in great condition, no damage. All accessories where in the box. Starting up my generator today. I’m happy so far.

i reviewed several other brands and they were missing little things like sarter battery this one cam complete ready to go assy was fast and easy so ready for hurricane season

Living in a rural area i felt the need for backup power. After lots of research the WGen9500DF was purchased. Very pleased with the generator operation and how easy it was to set up.
