Delivery was easy and the company placed it right in my garage. Instructions were simple and the generator fired right up. Hope the power never goes out, but if it does I am prepared.

We love our WGEN9500DFC generator! Though we have not needed it yet, we love the features. We read a lot of reviews, and decided on this model. Run it for break in hours and deal with the oil, prior to storms hitting. Don't wait till last minute. Called customer service to ask a question; very competent and friendly.
