Reliable on Gas!!!

Bought this about a month ago and needed to use it for the first time last night. Went to put it together (wheels and feet) and found out the thumb knob on the propane. So, gotta replace that but it ran fine all night while needed. Remote shutoff was EXCELLENT at 2 am this morning when power came back on.

Living on the Gulf Coast of Alabama, I've gone through my share of hurricanes. I bought this one because of the dual fuel source and the ease of starting it

I bought one to keep our house cool / warm in the changing Texas climate. Have not had a chance to use it yet but all the outlets verified to work.

Bought for power outages. Easy to start. Love the remote start feature. Love having dual fuel, especially being able to use a large 100lb propane tank.

Not durable

I bought this a month a go and after 350 hours of use and 7 oil changes and 2 spark plug changes, when I was working on it's 3rd spark plug change, the threads broke off and came out with the spark plug, even though I used the tool provided. Now I can't get a new spark plug in and my home that runs on generators is without power.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
