Unit is well made, easy to use and easy to roll around. Set up is quick and foolproof. Put unit on transfer switch and it runs all the essentials in the house. Noise level is lower than other brands my neighbors have. Feel really good doing into a power outage with this unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great looking and easy to put the wheels on. Haven't had an opportunity to use it yet but the features including dual fuel is all that I could want for a secondary power source.

I bought a smaller Westinghouse iGen4500DF about 3 yrs. ago and found with a small display problem they Westinghouse warranty made simple how it check it. I did that check and found it was bad not a lose connection. I called them back and the sent the easily to replace part in about 5 days. I am happy with there standing behind there product.
I have not yet started it (Wgen9500Df) as i just got an hour ago, but with past experience with them I am looking forward to my 2nd Westinghouse gen.

Great generator!

I'm very impressed after the first start and usage. The packaging was adequate to protect the generator from minor box damage. It was easy to assemble the wheels and feet. Startup was awesome with the fob, and fairly easily with the pull start. It is loud which is expected but it can make it awkward to move it outside for usage. After running it for an hour with and without load I had no issues. Definitely worth purchasing if your on the lookout for a portable generator with capacity.
