The unit is good, the first try was without a hitch. Looking forward to using it. The box that was shipped in could be a little stronger. By the time it got to me, the bottom was ripped and some of the frame was scratched. Still think it is a great buy.

I 'm sorry I waited so long to purchase a generator (my wife has been pestering me for a few yrs to get one). I bought the 9500 yesterday.(6-20-22). We lost power again last week for 10 hrs. and we could have used our new generator then. Will be contacting a electrician shortly to wire up the transfer switch and are anxious to try this new power house.

We've wanted a portable backup generator for many years now, and the price, features and positive reviews led us to this model. We are not disappointed, this is a great genset and we look forward to many years of service from it.

I bought this generator after a round of storms where my power was going to be off for a week. It arrived quickly and allowed me to run all of my necessities with ease!

Well built unit

Just came today. Nicely packed and no damage to the unit. Filled the oil put some gas in it and it started with zero issues. My house isn’t set up to plug into the gen yet so the best I could do was running the pool and hot tub for a few hours. No problems, keeping them going, the real test will be after the house is set up for it
