After a nasty storm that took out power last night, we were forced to buy a generator, as we may be without power for a few days. Bought this, as it was the last one in stock, and so far, I'm impressed. Had a little hiccup getting it started, due to fuel residue in the carb from factory testing, but customer service identified the issue and walked me through solving it quickly. I'm running a fridge, deep freeze, internet, and many other electrical items in the house, and even helping the neighbors with some things, and it's taking it like a champ. Worth the money hands down!!! And not a moment too soon, having 2 special needs little girls in the home!!!

Nice Unit. Easy to assemble. Hooked up to propane. Started immediately. Purchased because of many power outages in my area. Had one the day after I received the unit. Very glad I had it. It performed flawlessly.

Purchased after a storm came thru that caused a lot of damage to surrounding areas. Made us realize we really weren’t nearly prepared if we had lost our power for days like so many in the surrounding towns. Generator is well built, easy to use, started right up. Feeling some sense of preparedness if something were to happen.

So easy to use

I bought this (being female ) I can’t pull start . It is so easy to start with remote , no problem at all. I am a massage therapist and have a lot of sheet to wash. People don’t cancel their massages because your power is out. Lol. It has been great. I’m so glad I purchased it . It has made my life so much easier.
