Hoped that I never had to use it but when I need it I’m very happy I purchased it! Keeps my family comfortable for hours and it’s a money saver!

Bought this Genset April 2021. Worked excellent till it didn't Feb 2022 Control panel problem.
Called support within a couple of days they had the warranty repair set up.Had it back fixed like new. in about 2 weeks..Rare in todays world to have a warranty issue
taken care of so fast and easy.
Now the genset works just like new again.
This is my 3rd genset of various brands and is what I should have started with.
lots if power makes wife happy can run whole house when power goes out

I am a new by to generators , but this was very easy to set up and get running - I purchased for emergency use only , no offense but I hope I don’t have to use it , but if I do it will serve my purpose very well

I purchased this solely for back up when the hurricanes come to Florida, Hopefully I wont have to use it much, however setting up was simple and running it through the trial runs went flwless ,it powered everything I had hoped it would .
