Solid Performer

Just got this generator. Hooked it up to my underground propane tank, pressed the button and it started right up. Supports 50 Amp and 30 Amp service. Plan on putting in a dedicated 50A input to the house for those Florida hurricanes we know we will get. This thing can power my house and central AC units. Set up was simple as pouring in the supplied oil and connecting fuel. Nicely built unit, clean and well designed. I thought it was going to be a loud generator but it was not as loud as many I have heard. Only thing that was a little lacking was the 1 qt of oil that does not quite fill the motor. You will have to pick up a little more to fill it to the proper level. My wife and I are super happy to have this in the garage to power the AC on those super steamy hot Florida days when the neighborhood power lines are on the road. We have been without power for a week before in just such a situation. Not fun.

Great features. Getting ready for the season. Just had the electricians install transfer switch - so we're ready for that just in case moment. With the way 2020 is going, I'm sure this purchase is a no brainer.

I haven't even fired it up yet, but out of the box looks very rugged and well built. I bought this for the dual fuel feature as well as the two 220V outlets, which most generators do not have anymore.

Cheaper than Whole House

I've had several generators over the years and I really considered buying a whole house back up system. But after seeing this model I decided the expense and time consumption with installation of the back up was way too much and that this model will solve my needs and deliver power to my house with both gas and propane. Have just set it up and will comment on operation soon. Enjoy

I bought the duel fuel a few weeks ago. Just set it up and wired it to my main panel. It ran my whole house! Central AC and all major appliances! Well built!
