Purchased this generator after Hurricane Ian hit and left us with no electricity for 5 days. We should have purchased a generator before thus saving the loss of food in the refrigerators and freezer. The dual fuel capability should help us from waiting in line up to 5 hours for gasoline.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this because my wife works from home and would have to travel to an office 1 hour away if we lost power for more than an hour. Easy to understand operating instructions and remote start.
We bought this power generator to secure our security and confort during power outages in our region.
We received the well packed generator our a skid, the frame secures very well all unit items from any damage. It was in perfect condition during receiving!!
It was very easy to assemble the wheels and front legs. Moving aroung this great machine is made easy, no problem.
We look forward to facing the next outage with confident thanks to Westinghouse for its well built generator.
We experience severe storms many times a year and power can go down for hour or days if power lines are effected. Needed a larger generator to power most of the house and this 9500DF Westinghouse has been wonderful. Starts easily, runs quieter than my smaller Honda and handles everything I need for 8hrs+ on a full tank. Have only used used gas so far, but nice to know I can also use propane tanks should roads get too bad to get fuel. It is heavy but easy to maneuver with standard handle. Highly recommend this for emergency power needs that can be short or long in duration
