Great Machine, Good Customer Service, But....

Out of the box the machine was as advertised and looked amazing. The set up was easy and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The price and features of this unit are amazing, Great Value! Now that it is running I am very satisfied. Here is where the "But" comes in. The issue I had was that it wouldn't start. I read many of the reviews and it seems to be a common problem. I called customer service and the agent gave me two suggestions, to add a little more oil so it is in the middle of the acceptable range on the dipstick, and to remove the solenoid off the bottom of the carburetor and make sure the needle is moving freely. Despite the fact that the process to removing the solenoid was a labor intensive and frustrating process, the two suggestions did the trick and it started right up. Once running it performs beautifully. But, having to do all this was a bit time consuming and frustrating. I would suggest that anyone purchasing this unit, and I DO RECOMMEND YOU DO! Make sure it is running well before you go out and try to get it going in the field or during an emergency.

Came in handy during power outage. All I plug in was a 15.7cu feet deep freezer. I have not had the chance to test it’s true potential, but hopefully I don’t have to. Overall work great when needed. A bit noisy but serve its purpose.

We were able to assemble it in about 10 minutes. Took a little bit of time for the gas to prime, then it started right up. We ran it for a bit. Will know more after we really use it for the first time. So far so good.

Worked like a charm!

I bought this as a backup house generator and love the dual fuel function. First time I used the generator was with propane to power a table saw, miter saw and pancake compressor and the generator worked flawlessly. Started right up and worked for hours without dealing with gas and gas stabilizer. I will save the gas option for house power outages.

Great out the box!

I just received my WGEN9500DF. Out the box it looks great! Just in time for hurricane season. The number of outlets alone is a plus along with the high wattage output should fill all my power needs. I will conduct the break in period with some tools to check the output. I will update after the break in period.
