Unit not starting

WGen9500df was delivered on may 10 2022 connected battery plug per instruction unit will not start. Tested inline fuse all checked out OK still won’t start after I contact tech support will see is unit starts waiting for 9am eastern time for office hours
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a month ago the battery was bad, when I called Westinghouse the associate was very courteous and said they were going to send me a new one I would this product again

Bought this one month ago as an emergency power source for my residence. Have not had to use it yet but it looks like it will do the job. Very well made and the dual fuel gives you options
