I love my new 9500 df. The delivery crew was great, and the unit was packed well. However, one of the box staples punctured the oil bottle that was in the box which caused a leak.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Assembly was pretty easy. Oil provided was not enough to come up to proper level. Added & got to proper level. Not totally sure about bounded Nuetral but disconnected because I am using cord (14-30R), per instructions. Initial start hesitated due to battery not being fully charged. Once plugged charger in, started right up. Let it warm up then plugged in garage air compressor to put under load on each plug. Sounds quieter than expected and believe this is a good quality purchase.

Perfect For Rural Property

Very nice unit - The Dual Fuel is just what is needed for rural property's as most have propane for heat, etc.
