Just what we were looking for

We wanted a versatile generator that would give us power. We are on a well so when we lose power we also lose water. It will be nice to have a backup.

Had some hiccups but the service was great

It arrived, we got it assembled and all was well. A couple of weeks later started it up again but no power. Called their help line and finally got a case number and an email started with a tech. Through him / her we got replacement brushes and put them in and all is well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Versatility

I purchased this mostly for emergency purposes and the rare camping trip. Fortunately, there have been no emergencies to review its performance over hours or days.
I found the documentation to be very thorough. Setup was easy and instructions for operations easy to follow. I purchased a dual fuel model since I purchased it for emergency purposes. As such, fuel needs to be stored. Since gasoline has a shelf life, even treated, its nice to have the option to run on propane. Not only does propane store indefinitely, but it is safer as well. I also liked the convenience of the remote start.
I did my research and read many reviews and this one came highly rated. I will try and return to update my review when I get a chance to use for an extended period of time. But I have no doubt this will perform to my expectations.
