Great Generator, Easy to Use

Used this last weekend for first time, worked wonderful. Easy to start, plenty of power. Ran on propane only, have not even tried gasoline in it yet, runs really well on propane. Hopefully do not need it in emergency for house, but will be plenty to keep all the important things running.

Dual fuel Westinghouse 9500

My Westinghouse 9500 was exactly the portable generator I was looking for. It checked all the boxes; dual fuel, easy to assemble, compact, easily connected to a transfer switch and competitively priced.

I just purchased this generator, but from what I’ve read and what I’ve seen so far I really like it. It seems to be built very good, and for the price was a no brainer.

Easy to assemble, good fit and finish and build quality. Good features. I have only test run it and haven’t gotten to really test it hooked up to my house yet. I like that it’s dual fuel but if I could change anything I’d love it to be “tri-fuel” so I could hook it up directly to my home’s natural gas. I will have to try and find an aftermarket solution for that. So far so good. Glad I purchased in an ever so uncertain world.

Arrived on time. Set up was a breeze. Electric start battery was charged and ready to use. Started on propane almost instantly. Very satisfied.
