Easy to use

Set up and use very easy. Conversion between fuel sources is simple with excellent function with both. Electric start with remote control makes it even better as it starts within seconds. Handled powering small electrical products efficiently.

Powerful Generator

I bought this powerful Generator 3 weeks ago and have no regrets after using it for a minimum of 30 hrs. Running miter saws, drills, portable heaters, lights, 50 ft extension cords.

Great Support

Received generator yesterday. Needed to remove the bonded jumper on the generator for my use. Called support to verify that I was terminating the correct wires. They answered on first ring and were easy to understand. They were familiar with the product, answered my questions promptly and provided me with a safety warning that if I use the generator as a stand-alone that I need to re-bond it prior to use. This is what I consider excellent support.

Purchased in case of power outage. Even though we did not have to use it, every time we start it, it starts right up. We have such peace of mind with this generator

Really impressed that everything needed was included except fuel. Got it out of the box, put on the legs & wheels, put in oil, hooked up the battery and propane, pressed start and away we go.

Great Generator

I just purchased and did a trial run. It was an easy set up and I was able to run my 4 ton AC and air handler, several lights, two refrigerators, garage doors, some receptacles, and one electric burner on cooktop. My hot water heater drew too much amperage, so if I need to use that, I would just need to switch off the AC for a little bit. Total amperage on A phase was 35 amps and total amperage on B phase was 25 amps. With a 40 amp generator main breaker, I still have a little room left to turn a few more things on.
