Great generator. Excellent users manual

I've wanted a duel fuel generator for a couple years. Our remote location as well as some of the recent ice / thunderstorms made me decide it was time. After researching several brands I landed on the Westinghouse 9500DF.
It arrived today. It's well packed and came with the propane hose and even oil, which I didn't expect. Now-a-days it seems like products are shipped with teh bare basics, leaving you to run to the hardware store. That's not the case here.
I also read the manual, and I have to say it's one of the better I've received in awhile. It even has a valve lash gap spec and maintenance procedure.
Overall the first impression is very positive. I need to fuel up and getting it running through the break-in process.

I just bought a weekend ago and love the dual fuel feature and remote start option. Only minor assembly required to be up and running if an emergency.

Remote Start is a nice feature to have

My wife is very happy she doesn't have to deal with the recoil system and can start the generator from inside the house. I wasn't expecting it to come with a battery so that was a nice surprise as well!
