I bought this last week to power my essentials (and more) during extended power outages on the Texas Grid. I live in rural area and have propane tank so dual fuel was a must have for me. Don’t want to worry about gasoline during a power outage. Assembly and setup was quick and easy. Installing the electrical interface at the house took about 4 hours. I used a “generator interlock kit” from Areisal which is basically a safety feature that requires you to disconnect the main breaker before you can turn on the generator circuit. Adding the generator breaker required rearranging some existing breakers in the home panel. I installed a power inlet box on the exterior wall opposite the main panel and connected to the generator circuit with #6x3wG romex.
Generator started first try with the remote and ran for about 1.5 hours at low load before my partially empty propane bottle went dry. I am getting a plumber to install a connection to my 250 gal permanent tank soon.

Was purchased in late February 2022. I bought this particular one after seeing how my father-in-laws ran. He was impressed with the dual fuel, plus 50 and 30 amp hook up. So am I.

This is a great generator! I have owned several other brands and this is by far superior. Works flawless and the remote start is wonderful and easy to use. It came well packaged with little assembly required! I would stop looking at other brands and invest in this one for sure!!!
