Solid, well made disaster insurance

I just unpacked my new Westinghouse generator and I’m impressed by the solid construction, large sturdy wheels and handlebar, and control panel design. After last years hurricanes and no power for a week, we decided to pull the trigger and be prepared this year. With any luck, I won’t even have to start it. But I’m ready for the worst.

Lots of Features, Confusing Startup

I've enjoyed this generator so far, but I have had some issues booting it up. After adding adequate oil and fuel and connecting the battery, I tried starting it up. It made a noise as if it was starting up and would run for a few seconds, and then shut off. It would repeat that over and over again. I'm hoping I can get to the bottom of this.
