Just received this model yesterday (Wgen9500DFc) and read through the manual, start up procedures, etc. Followed through today with assembly and first start up with propane. Everything went so smooth. Very solid, no vibrations. Very impressed and satisfied with this purchase.

I put off getting a generator for too long, but I’m glad I did my research and ended up picking this model. Remote start, dual fuel excellent features.

Top Quality Generator (Dual-Fuel)

After extensive research, I decided on the Westinghouse Dual Fuel Generator.
I will warn you right off the bat, this is a Top Quality "HEAVY" Generator. You will definitely need help picking up and unloading the unit. Everything you need is in the box. It was very "EZ" to attach the wheels, hook up the battery and add the oil.
I went on U-Tube and watched a video of the installation and learned a few short cuts. I have everything ready to go when needed. The biggest draw for me was having the Dual Fuel options available. If you live off the grid or down the street from Wal-Mart, power loss is very real. I highly recommend this product.

Great Bang For The Buck

Unit arrived earlier than the committed delivery date with no shipping damage at all.
Just received my 9500DF unit and was initially concerned about the weight but the built in handle made it quite manageable to maneuver around.
Easily attached the wheels and feet.
Connecting the battery and filling the engine with the supplied oil was convenient.
Took the unit out for a spin;
Started right up on gasoline
Smoothly transferred to LPG while running
Smoothly switched back to gasoline while running
Disconnected the LPG easily
Shut off the gasoline line valve and let the unit run itself dry.
Also ran some power tools on the different fuels with no issues.
First impression is great!!!

Excellent generator

I bought this generator in case we experience a power outage. I really like the key fob so I can start this from the house and not even go outside. It has plenty of power. I have a well and it runs my 220v well pump with no problem as well as the rest of the house.
I would recommend this to a friend!
