No problems with delivery, set up and operation. The unit started right up and and has operated without any problems.

I am impressed with the features and overall design of the unit. I have not had a chance to use the unit yet in an emergency situation. However, I feel secure knowing it is here and ready to go! I must also express my gratitude for Westinghouse replacing my “WGen9500DF” when I discovered some damage to the unit that occurred in the shipping, in my excitement I neglected to do a detailed inspection after unpacking. Nine months after purchase is when I noticed the cage around the unit was bent, as
mentioned earlier I received excellent support on this matter (unit was replaced quickly).

Powerful Generator Gen9500DF

This Generator is amazing. I put oil, followed simple directions, put in Non Ethanol Gas, choked, two pulls later, it fired off. I could use the push button or FOB remote starter, just wanted to try manual start. No problems once running. It is very heavy, but the large tires and the front handle, I pulled it with ease. Once it started, and ran for about half an hour, powered off. I then started with the push button start and FOB start, it purred like a kitten. Next I connected to Propane, and started in the same order. I would highly recommend this Generator ti anyone.
I will also use for my house if ever needed. Heck, it even comes with oil and a funnel too!
