Very nice generator

Starts easily and runs much more quietly than we had anticipated. Love the dual fuel option. Still new but expect it to perform very well. Very happy with purchase.

I got this for 25 years anniversary with job! I couldn’t be happier with this, very impressed with how heavy duty it is. Able to power most of my house, it started on first try, easy instructions and assembly!

I bought this generator for our Houston house since we didn't want another freeze or hurricane to affect our power. Living in a patio home makes a permanent generator not a viable option. With this portable generator, we can feel better about the crazy Houston weather since we'll have AC, refrigerator & lights on.

Perfect Generator for my needs!

Generator arrived after a lengthy shipping delay due to weather in well protective packaging. Instructions for set up were very easy and the generator remote started without a hitch or delay. Very pleased with this purchase and at a great price. The only issue I had in assembly was the mounting foot with M8 bolts. The receiving holes for the bolts (only on one side) were improperly machined and I had to substitute smaller bolts and a lock nut to secure the mounting foot. Suggest better factory QC.

Using it to run a jobsite, wonderful capability. running it on LP is more cost efficient than gas. it is quite, more so than than the gen it replaced and is lighter with more out put.

Shipping and Start-up

Product arrived with lift gate service provided by the carrier. Packaging was in perfect condition strapped to a pallet. Had to attach two feet and the wheels. Fairly simple to do. Filled the machine with oil and it started on the first try. This of course is a right out of the box review but everything went smooth and I'm very pleased with the whole process.
