Powerful, versatile, easy to use

I had to learn how to use this generator in preparation for a long absence by my husband, and I was very nervous about it. But it was surprisingly straightforward, and I had no trouble. The generator can handle all of our emergency power needs and then some. Very happy with this purchase.

Fob and portability

I purchased this generator 12-31-21. I had not had a chance to start it up until yesterday, 02-02-22. At first, the unit would not start. I did add only about 1/2 a gallon of gas and about half of the 1.1 10w30 oil provided with the unit. I made sure , for a second time, that I had followed all of their starting instructions. Added at least 4 more gallons of gas and filled the unit with oil. Tried the unit again and it started. I have not plugged in any outlets or anything to the unit and am planning on doing this within the next couple of days. Despite the unit box being damaged upon receipt. The only visible damage was to the sticker on the frame and nothing else. Due to the damaged box upon receipt, I am giving a 4 star rating otherwise it would have more than likely been a 5.
