Received generator in a timely fashion. Put the wheels on and feet and poured in the oil. Attached a propane tank and started on first attempt. Ran for the break-in period and attached a few tools to give it some load. All went well. Purchased for power outages. Love the design layout of generator. 2 thumbs up on purchase.

Just in Time

Purchased not knowing a SUPER SNOW STORM was coming just after delivery of my generator. Although I did not have time for whole house installation, I was able to use the extension cords for most items for survival. The generator was a snap to set up and get running.

I bought the WGen9500DF for emergency home backup. I can't speak to the long term reliability yet as we haven't run it more than a couple of hours for testing, but, it's certainly powerful. was able to run all of our critical loads including a 4.5 ton AC without a problem.

Powerful Generator

I bought this generator about a month ago and I am so glad I did. It is very easy to use especially with the remote start. I love the duel fuel option as I am running it currently on propane. Every so often we get severe weather in Virginia and lose power. Now I don't need to worry since this generator can power most of my home.

Easy to assemble and operate

I bought these to prepare for the net hurricane to hit New Orleans, LA. It was easy to assemble and easy to get started. Will know more once we can get it hooked up to the house. Having a permanent attachment to plug into the house installed.
