Received product this morning and it doesn't start. Went through complete trouble shooting guide and have determined I have a fuel problem. I have a call into service teck to help me.

Should provide what we need

Haven't "needed" to use this in an outage as of yet (fortunately), but has great features, and functions seamlessly. Should provide much better power range compared to the 5000W unit we had before. Love the remote start! A little perplexed by the fact that despite putting the full amount of oil supplied into the unit, it still reads on the low side when checked as described?? Afraid to add more based on the precautions, but also don't want to run it low either...?

Great features, plenty of power!

Bought this unit to supply power to essential appliances in case of power failure for extended periods and to power the camper when using it off grid. Everything seems to be working fine for now, however I have not tested this product extensively or for prolonged periods of time. So far I am pleased with this product.

Well built, and awesome features

This generator ticked all the boxes for me being a good brand, versatile with the dual fuel, high output and had the remote start that I wanted. All that and the price was good. I'm hooking this in to my panel with an interlock kit. Happy with this purchase and ready for when the power goes out.

Easy set up easy start

I have not had chance to hook up to house yet but generator was easy to set up, starts right up no problem, and has tons of features like remote start and multiple outlets. almost looking forward to next power outage.

Great buy

Happy with my purchase. I put the wheels on, took 1 minute, then added my oil.
Hooked up battery charger but it was practically already fully charged. Hooked up my Propane tank and hit the start button. cranks 3 times automatically. 3rd crank it started and ran great.. Let it run for a while without a load as suggested and then hooked up heater. Ran just fine. No more worries about power outages.
