Better packing needed.

I received the box with minimal damage (holes in box). After unpacking the paint on the front panel was chipped off. Two out of the four mounting feet bolts would not screw in due to the threads being stripped! I had to use smaller bolts, nuts and washers to secure that I supplied. I hope it holds up.Customer should not have to do that. There was not parts that could be sent as the threads are threaded into the frame. They would have had to send a new unit which I was not going to go through all that trying to ship this unit back. The unit does not start using push button or remote unless it is warmed up. You have to manually slide choke before starting cold. After warmed up they will start either way. This should not have to be. What's the use of remote start if you have to do that.
I ran the unit for one hour and it seemed to run fine.

I bought this to get ready for any possible extended outages and to provide remote power where and when I need it. The unit runs great and I look forward to putting some hours on it. Purchased after I did some pretty thorough research.
