Unable to Order Generator Parts

Impossible to order parts for Wgen9500DF. While the generator works, maintenance and upkeep will be impossible if Westinghouse doesn’t set up a way to order parts. When their answering service finally does answer the phone and you request parts and give them part numbers, they send you a generic “Thank you” email response and another case number each time you call or email and no acknowledgement of the order or bill to pay.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great unit, easy setup

I bought for next Texas freeze. Happy with it. Setup was easy. Added oil. Connected propane. Pushed start button and Voila!

Life Saver!

Very reliable gen set, capable of powering my entire home. Did very well running on gas. I have not tried running propane on it, but the switch-over feature is easy.

A hefty piece of equipment!

Got this a few days ago, and easily assembled. Broken in on propane over the last couple of days. Then today in TX with temps around 29, we lost power. So then final break in was completed. Electricians coming next week to install, and set up, a manual transfer switch. This should easily run one third of our 4900' house, and the pool pump in the winter. Or 1/3 of house for A/C in the summer. We are on a very flakey portion of our power grid.

I just assembled the generator, and I expect it works great. The generator is very heavy. I wish to be assembled from the manufacturer due to its weight. I love the specifications, and hope to get the best from it.
