The unit is far more than we were expecting. It was packed very well, delivery service was excellent, easy to assemble. Unit fired right up and is so much better than I was expecting. Thanks to so awesome design and engineering .

This is the second Westinghouse generator I purchased as I bought one for myself last year and another for my daughter this year who just moved into her new house. Bought generators were purchased as backup units when the power goes out and I am very pleased with the Westinghouse quality and performance! Both units have more than sufficient power to handle everything in our homes. Build quality is excellent! Voltage and hertz are extremely stable. I bought the WGen9500DF unit for my daughter so she could use it with propane and not have to worry about any gasoline related issues. Solid and reliable performance!

Solid machine with great features!

Arrived in great condition. Easy to assemble. Put on the wheels and feet, plug in the battery, add the oil, and push the start button. I had it up and running in less than 25 minutes.
Ran it under load, it handled my well pump and electric water heater under load with no problem.
The quality of construction is impressive and the remote start is a great feature. I can't say that I'm looking forward to a power outage, but it's nice to be prepared with the right equipment!

Awesome generator! Very intuitive and easy setup. Love the dual fuel capability. Comes with everything but the fuel!
