I just received this today. I tried to follow some of the directions about the grounding etc. and the pictures were not quite what was on my model. I hooked it up to propane and it fired right up. I am waiting to get a switch so this can be connected to my house and then I will also try the gasoline so I will update when that happens. The true test will be if we get a freeze need to use it.

I was concerned about never used a generator before, but I connected the battery, connected the LP, and pour the Oil it came with. One push of the remote starter and it started flowlessly.

Great Features, Nice Size

Bought last week, delivered yesterday, assembled and hooked up today, started up on propane and ran for a few minutes. Have not switched to gasoline yet since I will not use immediately. Seems to be working properly.

The generator was easy to setup. The automatic start was super convenient. Would be really nice if they made a larger auto transfer switch (SmartStart) to go with this size generator.

Great Product

It started right up first try. We had the house box wired so we can plug it in and the switching was seamless and powered lights, refrigerator, freezer and space heater. Will power central with just one or two others on. We are prepared now!

East Texas: Ordered WGEN9500DF and received in better than expected time. No problems getting generator up and running. Instructions well written and easy to follow. Dual fuel will keep us going if any outages this coming year. Highly recommend this generator for quality and pricing.
