Bought it and I got it home un boxed it and the generator ran just like it was supposed to remote start works push button works very satisfied so far

Only have a few hours runtime on the unit, but so far, it has performed as expected.
It's rather heavy, so plan to have another person available to help you unload and unbox the unit.
As to noise and vibration, the unit has exceeded my expectations. Noise is very tolerable when standing close, and I was very pleased with the lack of vibration while in operation.

I am a licensed electrician and I recommend this product to all my clients . The generator has multiple receptacle configurations for small or medium to larger homes and meets most of my clients needs . I like the dual fuel feature for those that want to use propane the simple hookup and operation are easy and the fact that Abby tank of propane does not go bad sitting in storage .If you can fill your lawn mower with gas than you can fill this as well . Taking care of the fuel and oil properly has delivered years of trouble free service for me and my clients. Mike R Valley stream Ny

I purchased in September 2021, delivery was as promised, but the box was destroyed, fortunately the Generator was in perfect shape. I just recently put it together added oil and started with propane, i only plan to use propane with this generator. The product worked as expect now we just wait for the first power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!
