After looking at several other brands, Westinghouse offers a great product for the money. It is well built and the warrantee is even longer than another brand that I was looking at. I bought it for power failures and this should run my whole house, (electric hot water heater and well pump). It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

excellent Generator

Just picked up this generator, easy to assemble,only took 15 min. to put on wheels and add oil witch is included. started up ran smooth and quite. love the remote start and you cant beat the 3 warranty. Thank you Westinghouse

Bought this to replace an older generator that had to be pull started and I just had a complete shoulder replacement. After being without power for 4 days due to snow. The dual fuel and electric start will definitely come in handy.

I was able to go from carton to operation in a couple of hours. All the operational features are well explained in the manual with simple instruction. Pairing the remote was easy. Didn't expect the battery charger and charging port. Started immediately in both fuel modes.

I bought this generator beginning of January took me 20 min to get it up and running. Started first push of the button. I got 2 30lb propane tanks and showed the wife and 1 of 3 kids how to start it up(other 2 had no interest). Hooked up the 50 amp plug to the house and had no problem running entire house lights, stove, 2 refrigerators, electric hot water heater but of course won’t go to that extreme when we loose power. Start it up once a week for 10 min to keep battery charged, would recommend to anyone
