Bought my wgen9500dfc two weeks ago. Rapid delivery, very well packaged, easy to follow assembly and start-up instructions. Very easy to use!!

Works well, easy to start, priced well for the output. Downside is that the unit needs 12v to work, so if the battery is dead, you still need a way to get 12v to the system even if you're using the pull start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We haven’t tried it yet but it has good features and our electrician told us Togo with this brand.

Extremely well built generator with dual fuel.

I bought this to replace an older generator that I could no longer start with the recoil pull starter. The ability to start this with a push of a button, either on the generator, or with the included key fob is amazing. It started right up after unboxing, and runs equally well on either gas or propane. Looking forward to using this for many years.
