We just received our Wgen9500DF generator this week. We haven’t had to use it yet but we feel confident it will protect us the next time the power goes out. Came packaged very well and delivery was very easy. Will come back and review once we actually use the generator.

Product surpassed my expectations. Everything I needed to get it going was included- even a battery charger that was not mentioned in the parts list!.
Generator started up immediately when instructions were followed. Remote start is a very nice feature. This is an excellent buy given all the features.

Has 50a plug for trailer and 30a twist lock. Dual fuel option. Perfect for charging ktm electric bikes also

This is a well made generator for whole house backup. It is pretty easy to setup. It has the outlet covers on all inputs, which is critical if you live near the ocean. The wireless function is cool. Would have given five stars but one of the nuts on the leg assembly was stripped, so I had to tap the nut to attach one of the legs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our first generator purchase. I'm pleased that it was easy to set up and started right away using the start button and the remote starter. Haven't tried the pull yet . I also like the option of being able to use gas or propane. Almost anxious for an actual power outage to give it a real test run.
