Living in the countryside power outages are frequently and can last from hours to days. This generator is easy to start and has enough power to power my whole house. With the dual fuel option you are more flexible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Ultimate Portable Power Solution

Living in an area with frequent power outages, I decided to purchase a portable generator to ensure that I always have a reliable power source. After much research, I settled on the Westinghouse 9500 dual fuel portable generator and am incredibly impressed with its performance.
One of the standout features of this generator is its ability to run on both gasoline and propane, giving me flexibility and choice when it comes to fueling the generator. This is a huge plus, especially during emergencies when gasoline may be scarce or unavailable. The generator is also easy to operate and has a remote starter. It's easy to move around and store when not in use. In terms of performance, the generator provides stable and consistent power output, ensuring that all of my essential appliances and devices remain operational during power outages.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and versatile power source for their home or outdoor activities.

Westinghouse power horse Generator

After going through hurricane Ian, we realized we were unprepared for 12 days without electrical service. We decided on this excellent model which can operate all house systems including the central air, well water pump, water heater, etc.
This model also has a transfer switch outlet built-in, and runs on two types of fuel- gas and propane. We installed a new transfer outlet through our local electrician. This allows the unit to be plugged into your breaker box, effectively allowing you to choose whatever systems you'd like to run. It is a great intervention, Yet I am in no hurry to use it! 😂 But it is sure nice to have a backup plan in Florida! A Cat5 Hurricane can be devastating, but the aftermath is unbearable! Be prepared!

Just recently purchase this generator. Had a transfer switch installed to make the cut over much easier. Upon testing the generator it was able to power all the essential electrical devises in our home : lights, gas fired furnaces and hot water heaters, etc. Great value and peace of mind for the money.
