Bought this generator and it runs great. Puts out the numbers it states it does and has remote start and the ability to add another product that allows it to start up when it recognizes the power is out to be stored similar as a generac for a fraction of the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After setting up as per manual, excellent startup

I bought this on the 19th and it was delivered today 9-22-23. setup was easy and within 2 hours it was running. However, no power at any of the outlets. Called customer service, on hold for 17 min. and then rep. comes on and tells me it will be 12 to 24 hours before anyone can get back to me. Really disappointed. "so much for the performance test" before it leaves the factory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this for my son’s welding rig so he can practice without running up electrical bill. LOL Great little generator. Only thing missing was the remote start fab. Hopefully I can get one sent.

I was looking for a duel fuel generator to replace my old Honda gas generator. This was sooo easy to assemble, hook up and have running in minutes. The included battery and remote was just icing on the cake. Wonderful generator and starts right up.
