Works great

Runs great. Had an issue with no power at 120 outlets at first. Contacted customer service and received a quick reply advising me to try the outlet resets located in the middle of the outlet. I had not seen them. Problem solved. Very pleased with generator and customer service.

Just received my generator today, it arrived in perfect condition with everything included. I got it all put together and tried it out, everything seems to be working fine.

The model we bought which is the Wgen9500DF, is full of features! It has plenty of power to keep us going in an outage. Everything about the unit is quality made.
